Project Overview
A fully-featured steel structure production park customized for Chinese-funded offshore new energy enterprises is a benchmark-level industrial project in the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) of Thailand. It fully complies with Thai industrial building standards and China’s export steel structure specifications. Special optimizations have been made for the hot, humid, rainy and frequently windy climate in Southeast Asia, providing a full-cycle one-stop service from park planning, design, production to installation guidance.
Key highlights of the project
- The overall steel structure planning and design of the park, with 4 factory buildings standardized for production, enables rapid delivery and simultaneous construction. The entire park was completed with the main structure within just 6 months.
- Special steel structure design for new energy production, including 10-20 ton crane beams, anti-static grounding systems, and pre-embedded steel structures for dust-free workshops, to meet the needs of high-end production.
- High corrosion-resistant structural design, suitable for the high-temperature and high-humidity environment in Southeast Asia. The roof uses a waterproof, heat insulation, and thermal preservation system to reduce the operating costs of the park.
- Provide full bilingual technical support in both Chinese and Thai. Familiar with the approval norms for industrial land in Thailand, and have a local cooperation construction team to achieve seamless implementation.
