Project Overview
This high-end commercial steel structure exhibition hall project, customized for a leading home furnishing brand in the Middle East, has been specially optimized for the hot and highly UV-radiant climate of the Dubai desert. It adopts a large-span irregular steel structure design, achieving a large-space without columns with a full-glass curtain wall facade, perfectly meeting the brand’s high-end display requirements. The entire project complies with the municipal building regulations and fire safety standards of Dubai.
Key highlights of the project
- The design of the unique large-span steel structure creates a 36-meter column-free large space. The exterior facade is fully equipped with glass curtain walls that are precisely pre-installed and adapted, presenting a high-end and grand visual effect.
- The specialized insulation and heat preservation steel structure system is suitable for the extremely hot environment of 50℃+ in Dubai, significantly reducing the energy consumption of the building’s air conditioning.
- The high-grade anti-corrosion and fireproof design uses high-end fireproof coatings and anti-corrosion techniques recognized in Dubai, and has passed all the inspections by the Dubai Civil Defense Bureau.
- The entire process from design, production to delivery is customized with a rush, completing the entire process within only 3 months, and perfectly aligning with the customer’s opening schedule.
