  • Special protection for extreme environments. All components are treated with hot-dip galvanizing and heavy-duty fluorocarbon coating. They are suitable for high-altitude, strong ultraviolet radiation, and coastal high-salt spray environments, with a corrosion protection level reaching the highest standard of C5-M in the mining industry.
  • High seismic resistance and safety design. The seismic grade complies with the 9-degree seismic code of Chile. It is equipped with mining-specific fire protection, explosion-proof, and anti-static steel structure pre-embedded systems, and has fully passed all-item acceptance by the Chilean mining safety regulatory authorities.
  • Modular prefabrication and standardized production. On-site dry construction without welding. This significantly reduces the high labor costs in South America.
